Emergency guidance

Phase 4 · Language and access

A care pathway must work before someone can read every word.

MamboCare is introducing multilingual architecture, editable voice-to-text, keyboard and screen-reader support in controlled layers. A beta label means translation coverage is incomplete—not that the underlying care is different.

Available now

Three emergency-access entry points.

Critical safety wording is translated first. Incident-specific translations appear only when an authorized operator provides and reviews them; MamboCare does not invent emergency translations.

Voice → editable text

Speak when typing is difficult.

The private care and incident forms can use supported browser speech services for English, Hindi and Telugu. The result appears as ordinary text that the person can review, correct and delete before submitting.

No audio upload

MamboCare’s form receives the submitted text, not an audio file. The browser may use its own speech-processing service, so the interface states this before use.

Inclusive foundations

Access is more than translation.

  • ✓
    Keyboard and screen-reader structure

Semantic forms, labels, headings and status text.

  • ✓
    Scalable, high-contrast interface

Readable typography and visible focus states.

  • ✓
    Mobile and low-complexity pathways

Short forms, broad-location input and minimal required data.

  • →
    More languages and assisted applications

Added only with translation governance and local partners.

Accessibility target

Designing toward WCAG 2.2 AA.

This is a design target, not a certification claim. Independent testing, disabled-person participation and continuous remediation remain necessary.
