Partner infrastructure · Phase 5 ready
Organizations can create a private application, draft programs, register resources and begin staged identity, capability and safeguarding review. Local partners can now propose country-readiness roles. Verification is never automatic.
Organization workspace
Phase 3 adds program drafts, resource registers and readiness analytics. Public profiles never expose internal case or beneficiary information.

Receive only appropriate, consented and permission-controlled referrals.
Define roles, qualifications, supervisors and safe assignments.
Match requested goods with usable stock and delivery capacity.
Keep evidence and policies private, controlled and auditable.
Report activity, outcome, finance, variance and learning.
Understand demand and delivery without exposing individuals.
Give each person the minimum access required for their role.
Joining standard
Being listed, receiving funds, treating patients and working with children cannot have the same evidence threshold.
Public identity and service information reviewed.
Registration, ownership and operating contacts checked.
Responsible team, safeguards, budget and delivery pathway reviewed.
Higher-risk funds, services or populations receive deeper review.
Partner boundary
Application is open. Trust is still earned.
Submitting an organization creates no verified badge, fundraising permission or beneficiary access. These remain gated by appropriate human due diligence.
